"Extremely Disappointed with the Customer Service I’ve never been so frustrated, I’ve had nothing but issues since I was moved to this branch after my last agent that I had been with since I was 15 years old retired. The receptionists have been a nightmare. It’s nearly impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. Every time I call, I get put on hold without being told I’m being put on hold. I asked to speak to someone else in the office and was laughed at, placed on hold for her to come back on the phone and never let me speak to anyone else. They seem disinterested, unhelpful, and completely unprepared to resolve my issues. It feels like they just want to get you off the phone instead of actually assisting you. I called my old agents office and asked them what I needed to do to be switched back over to their branch that this one I was moved to is terrible, and they walked me through how to switch back. For a company that advertises being “like a good neighbor,” they sure have a funny way of showing it. Based on my experience, I’d strongly caution anyone considering this branch for your agent. Their customer service is severely lacking."

I have spoken to the receptionist that spoke to you about her demeanor on the phone and explained the need for professionalism at all times. I can assure you that while she did laugh while you were on the phone with her she was not laughing at you. I know it can be frustrating when you are not promptly receiving the answers to your issues with your bill. Unfortunately, when you called everyone was busy with other customers and our receptionist is not trained to work through the complex billing issues created when customers checks are repeatedly returned. As soon as a licensed agent was available, we attempted to assist you in understanding what payment needed to be made to bring your account current so that you would not lose your coverage. Once again, I am sorry that this situation occurred and that you did not receive the excellent customer service that we strive for. Thanks, Scott Stewart"

"Mona was fantastic. I walked in to the office this morning to get some quotes for my home and auto because my current provider’s rates were “through the roof”. I was welcomed the moment I walked in and was teamed with Mona Bermudez. She was knowledgeable and worked with me to find the best rate, which she did. I couldn’t believe the great rates she quoted that, not only beat my current insurance provider, but were much better in coverage. I can’t believe it took me this long to make the switch to State Farm. And, having the office right down the road from where I live was just icing on the cake."
